Finance Professional Wanted

TE Connectivity, a global industrial technology leader, is seeking a highly skilled Finance Professional to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting, as well as providing business insights to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis, identify trends, and provide recommendations to improve financial performance.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support business planning and decision-making.
• Business Partnership: Work closely with plant managers, operations teams, and other stakeholders to drive financial and operational performance.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports, including variance analysis and projections.
• Inventory and Capital Expenditure Management: Oversee inventory levels, manage capital expenditures, and ensure asset preservation.
• Product Cost Development and Maintenance: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain product costs, including conversion productivity and savings initiatives.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Education: University degree in Economics, Finance, or Accounting.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in finance, cost accounting, and plant controlling, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in SAP modules (FI, CO, MM, and PP), Excel, and English language.
