- Manage a portfolio of restaurant partners, ensuring their success and growth
- Develop and implement strategies to increase profits and number of orders
- Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant partners, ensuring resolution of issues
- Onboard new restaurant partners, ensuring they are optimized for success
- Analysis of results, including menu, discounts, working hours, delivery fee, etc.
- Active sale of paid positioning, negotiation of discounts, loyalty programs, and other tools to improve partner performance
- Promote the online store for partners and sell branded products
- Maintain and/or reactivate cooperation with partners and ensure uninterrupted availability on Takeaway.com
- Participate and support in ongoing projects related to marketing activities, development of the portal, and tools for clients
- Support Account Managers with driving performance of accounts, including leading weekly calls and preparation of materials for monthly review meetings
- Work closely and collaboratively with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Develop a deep understanding of the takeaway and dining sectors, trends, and the competitive landscape
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or sales
- 1-2 years of experience in sales and/or account management within a fast-paced, high growth environment
- Very good negotiation, presentation, and persuasion skills
- Strong motivation to complete assigned tasks
- Comfortable with data and data analysis as well as the ability to interpret them and use them in sales activities
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of organizations
- Well organized - able to prioritize and manage multiple workloads
- Native Slovak and English on level B2, both written and spoken
- Ease in building relationships, communication skills, and high personal culture
- Ability to work in a group, positive attitude, and high energy to work
- The ability to quickly absorb information and implement new solutions in your daily work
- Contract of employment
