Our team is an empowered tech counterpart for our business units, responsible for the design and implementation of inventive data and software projects. We develop new analytics and software tools and improve Swiss Re's risk assessment capabilities. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who can be effective leaders with functional and operational expertise. You must be a good communicator who builds trust-based relationships within the squad and amongst partners.

If you possess traits and experience that match most of the below, we'd love to hear from you:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Physics or related quantitative field. We welcome different levels
  • Deep knowledge of both of the following programming languages: Angular and .Net
  • Working experience with Azure, Terraform, NodeJS, SQL Server and Cosmos DB
  • DevOps experience and interest is a plus
  • Good communication skills in English to synchronize tasks, clarify requirements and delivery expectations with business partners and to lead international developer teams

For Slovakia the base salary range for this position is between EUR 3,700 and EUR 6,100 per month (for a full-time role). The specific salary offered considers:

  • the requirements, scope, complexity and responsibilities of the role,
  • the applicant's own profile including education/qualifications, expertise, specialization, skills and experience.

In the situation where you significantly exceed the requirements, the offered salary may be above the advertised range.

In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for additional rewards and benefits including an attractive performance-based bonus.
