Wage (gross) and other rewards: minimum 1200€ / monthly (depending on experiences and quality of the candidate) + quarterly bonus and other benefits in compliance with social benefit program of the company.

About the role:

To ensure that QMS requirements on the manufacturing are implemented in the manufacturing areas including all shifts. Ensure the process instructions are followed, arrange the training of appropriate personnel in terms of product quality, test methods, process instructions, drawings, production records registration.

Your key duties and responsibilities as a Lead Quality Assistant:

• Perform operative audits based on the actual needs
• checking routes (randomly, indicated reason)
• Participate in the production audits based on the plan
• Ensure that all relevant inspection is done and registered according to good documentation practices
• To help start CAPA and perform relevant activities within the CAPA process and the recording within the TW CAPA system
• Participate in the root cause analysis on the complaint and the corrective action implementation
• Determine and support the QA decision on a nonconformance in cooperation with appropriate roles
• Create the instruction in case of the both the sorting out or the reworking processes
• Conduct measuring equipment inspection during the production audit and to ensure equipment inspection
• Conduct regular training regarding quality

About you:

• Knowledge in Quality System documents (documents and procedures relevant to job performance and relevant to training and education of personnel)
• Software skills – MS Word, Excel
• Be a communicative, stress resistant and team player
• High knowledge of principles in test methods: products, processes, and test methods
