We are seeking a skilled IT Business Analyst to join our team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst to play a key role in supporting the alignment of business and IT objectives.

As an IT Business Analyst, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities for process advancement leveraging technology and contributing to business capability and technology projects.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Business and IT Alignment

  • Align strategic and tactical business objectives with corresponding IT objectives in partnership with business stakeholders and enterprise IT colleagues.

    • Support business risk management, regulatory compliance, information security, and audit remediation activities.
    • Collaborate with EMEA IT and business organizations to identify opportunities for process standardization leveraging technology and existing investments.
    • Participate in ideation activities to create high-level process and technology roadmaps and contribute to business case creation.
  • Solution Delivery

  • Participate in the creation of IT investment proposals in partnership with business stakeholders and IT delivery colleagues.

    • Map business objectives and capability needs to specific business functions and processes.
    • Conduct discovery and document user stories, business requirements, functions, processes, and enabling technologies.
    • Map business process flows, including all critical data elements.
    • Drive and facilitate requirements workshops, product demonstrations, User Acceptance Testing coordination, and communications.
    • Translate business capabilities and process designs into functional requirements or user stories, and work with business stakeholders to review and secure agreement on requirements.
    • Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT colleagues to develop, test, and deploy solutions that meet business capability needs and ensure successful achievement of scope, cost, schedule, quality, adoption, and value outcomes.
    • Participate in the development of solution training material and execution of change management activities.
    • Support business continuity and disaster recovery efforts.
    • Utilize IT-internal governance processes.
Requirements
  • Experienced Business Analyst with 2+ years of proven IT project delivery participation.
  • Strong understanding of business process analysis and change management.
  • Experience working with IT delivery teams and business SMEs.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to articulate business process requirements to a development team and vice versa.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
