We are seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst to support our organization's growth.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a Business Analyst to leverage their technical and business skills to drive process improvements and contribute to business capability and technology projects.

As an IT Business Analyst, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities for process advancement leveraging technology and collaborating with EMEA IT and business organizations.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Business and IT Alignment

  • Support the alignment of business and IT objectives by partnering with business stakeholders and enterprise IT colleagues.

    • Collaborate with EMEA IT and business organizations to identify opportunities for process standardization.
    • Participate in ideation activities to create high-level process and technology roadmaps.
  • Solution Delivery

  • Work closely with business stakeholders and IT delivery colleagues to develop, test, and deploy solutions.

    • Map business objectives and capability needs to specific business functions and processes.
    • Conduct discovery and document user stories, business requirements, functions, processes, and enabling technologies.
    • Map business process flows, including all critical data elements.
Requirements
  • Experienced Business Analyst with 2+ years of proven IT project delivery participation.
  • Strong understanding of business process analysis and change management.
  • Experience working with IT delivery teams and business SMEs.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to articulate business process requirements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
