Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Performing thorough analyses and processing field complaints based on prescribed testing concepts and control plans or empirical values and product knowledge using appropriate quality tools.
• Analyzing and evaluating customer portals and/or technical records with a focus on defining and implementing corrective actions including the method.
• Coordinating and monitoring sustainable corrective actions and the effectiveness of monitoring including consideration of FMEA.
• Maintaining compliance with deadlines for analyses and processing of field complaints according to customer and internal requirements.
• Timely identification and assessment of quality issues through active part observation and initiating the escalation process in consultation with the supervisor.
• Establishing and maintaining contacts with customers.
• Monitoring corrective actions resulting from internal and external process audits to ensure product quality.
• Maintaining cleanliness and order in the workplace as well as compliance with BBR occupational safety and health fire protection quality systems EMS environmental protection and efficient energy use.

• Education:
• Techincal education background

• Experience:
• 3 years of experience in a technical field

• IT skills Word Excel Outlook
