About the Role:

• Conduct thorough process and product audits to ensure compliance with established standards.
• Evaluate audited products and processes based on predefined criteria, identifying areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement corrective actions to address deviations, ensuring seamless execution of systematic actions.
• Promote quality and excellence by collaborating with supervisors and departments to define effective measures.
• Compile comprehensive reports and statistics on findings, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Implement robust measures to mitigate critical deviations, including rigorous testing and defect management.
• Support technical analysis of defective parts returned by customers, driving root cause identification and resolution.
• Assist in preparation for internal and external audits, ensuring meticulous execution of ad hoc audits as required.

• Diploma in a related field (with certification)
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role
• Proficient use of measurement and testing equipment
• Familiarity with industry standards (IATF 16949, AIAG, VDA 6.3, VDA 6.5) and customer-specific requirements
• Ability to read technical drawings and apply quality tools effectively
• Ambitious, quality-driven individual with exceptional problem-solving skills
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems (BBR)
• Fluent English (B1-B2) and Slovak (C1)
