Finance Rotational Associate

We are seeking highly motivated and talented individuals to join our Finance and Accounting Rotational Development Program at Johnson Controls. This 2.5-year program is designed to develop future experts and leaders in the field of finance and accounting.

As a participant in this program, you will have the opportunity to rotate through various positions within the company, gaining a comprehensive understanding of accounting and financial responsibilities. You will work closely with experienced professionals, developing your skills and knowledge in areas such as financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.

During your rotations, you will have the chance to work on exciting projects, such as:

• Plant Accounting: Responsible for tracking financial business transactions, ensuring proper accounts are charged, and accurate records are kept.
• Financial Analyst/Field Business Analyst: Provides accounting and analytical financial support to management, analyzing ways to improve profitability and reviewing operational results.
• Internal Audit: Analyzes processes and documentation to assess compliance, adequacy of controls, and efficiency of operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, or Finance
• Ability to relocate and travel
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Strong interpersonal skills and decision-making abilities
• Effective and professional communication and organization skills

Preferred:

• Any additional foreign language(s)
• Highly proficient Excel skills

Relocating to Bratislava? You'll be eligible for a housing allowance to help you set up your new life in Slovakia. The gross monthly salary for this position starts from 1600 EUR per month, plus a monthly bonus that starts after your first 6 months.
