Job Summary:

Payroll Specialist - French Market

We are seeking an experienced payroll specialist to support our French-speaking market in Bratislava or Prague. As a key member of the Payroll team, you will play a critical role in improving processes and developing your career through training and project management opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with the Operational Excellence team to improve payroll processes.
  • Career Development: Participate in Payroll Academy and other available trainings to develop your skills and knowledge.
  • Project Management: Run your own projects and contribute to process improvements.
  • Data Collection: Collect and validate data from HR, HR Services, Compensation & Benefits, Stock and Global Mobility teams for accurate payroll calculations.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Comprehensive Controls: Perform comprehensive payroll controls and analyses, including input vs. output data comparisons.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the HR Services team on employee queries, legislative updates, and country-specific queries.
  • Post-Payroll Activities: Execute post-payroll activities by reporting to local authorities and finance teams.
