Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Content Moderator to join our team in Thessaloniki, Greece. As a Content Moderator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and integrity of online content.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Review various types of digital content, including videos, news stories, images, political ads, and social media profiles.
  • Evaluate content based on factors such as age-appropriateness, level of violence, sexual content, and political transparency.
  • Apply a content policy to digital content and execute handling procedures with consistency.
  • Accurately enforce clients' terms of use while identifying subtle differences in digital communication.
  • Participate in employee assistance programs, program reporting initiatives, and training to promote the well-being of both employees and the community.
  • Escalate through appropriate channels any changes that may impact performance or maintain required KPIs.
  • Adhere to security measures, confidentiality, and other project requirements related to your work.

Requirements:

  • Fluent English (C1) and Slovakian (C1), with strong grammar skills.
  • Prior experience in a BPO/contact centre/content moderation is preferred.
  • Tolerance of sensitive content, which may include child exploitation and abuse, animal torture, gang violence, murder, hate speech, and more.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills, and empathy are essential.
  • A high affinity and cultural awareness of the political and social situation in the country/region of supported language are necessary.
  • The ability to pass a Criminal background check is mandatory.
