Process Optimization Specialist

This role requires a highly skilled individual who can contribute to the enhancement of our Over-the-Counter (OTC) process by leveraging automation and efficiency tools. Your work will focus on improving collection efforts and business performance.

You will analyze metrics and provide data-driven forecasts on potential benefits and risks associated with new initiatives, guiding us in refining our operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and enhance the OTC process, implementing collection strategies and managing dialer campaigns.

  • Identify and facilitate the implementation of new tools and solutions to automate the OTC process.

  • Promote collaboration with business units across various countries and regions to optimize the collection cycle.

  • Communicate insights and findings to stakeholders and offer strategic recommendations for optimizing business performance.

  • Collaborate with the OTC Finance Analyst and Reporting team to drive continuous improvements in OTC reporting activities.

  • Provide consultancy and support to OTC management regarding the application and utilization of automation and AI tools.

  • Work closely with OTC Finance Analysts, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and OTC managers to identify opportunities for new process automation.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A university degree in business, IT, or relevant professional experience focused on business and financial data analytics, process automation, etc.

  • At least 3 years of experience in relevant areas such as collections, dialer management, process automation, or PMO.

  • A solid understanding of the end-to-end OTC process at a reasonable level.

  • Strong analytical skills with relevant experience in process automation tools, AI, and data analysis; ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.

  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional EMEA languages is a plus.
