In this dynamic position, you will play a crucial part in refining the Over-the-Counter (OTC) process by leveraging automation and efficiency tools. Your expertise will focus on optimizing collection efforts and business performance.

Your insights will guide the effective use of data, enabling us to refine our operations.

Fulfilling Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and improve the OTC process, implementing collection strategies and managing dialer campaigns.

  • Analyze and facilitate the implementation of new tools and solutions to automate the OTC process.

  • Promote collaboration with business units across various countries and regions to optimize the collection cycle.

  • Assess metrics and provide data-driven forecasts on potential benefits and risks associated with new initiatives.

  • Communicate insights and findings to stakeholders and offer strategic recommendations for optimizing business performance.

  • Collaborate with the OTC Finance Analyst and Reporting team to drive continuous improvements in OTC reporting activities.

  • Provide consultancy and support to OTC management regarding the application and utilization of automation and AI tools.

  • Work closely with OTC Finance Analysts, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and OTC managers to identify opportunities for new process automation.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A degree in business, IT, or relevant professional experience focused on business and financial data analytics, process automation, etc.

  • At least 3 years of experience in relevant areas such as collections, dialer management, process automation, or PMO.

  • A solid understanding of the end-to-end OTC process at a reasonable level.

  • Strong analytical skills with relevant experience in process automation tools, AI, and data analysis; ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.

  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional EMEA languages is a plus.
