We are looking for a driven professional to join our team as a New Client Acquisition Associate in the financial services industry. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in identifying potential clients and developing strategies to acquire new business.

This exciting opportunity offers a competitive base salary plus variable compensation based on performance. The ideal candidate is an energetic relationship builder with a passion for sales and a proven track record of exceeding goals.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred, along with relevant experience in financial services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize Salesforce customer relationship management software to prioritize work queues, accurately record data entry of interactions with prospects and input new client opportunities for advisors.

  • Maintain awareness of current market trends and education in the financial industry.

  • Expand knowledge and experience in the financial industry through training and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.

  • Relevant experience in financial services.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proven track record of exceeding goals.

  • Series 7 and 66 (or 63 & 65) preferred.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Support Org functionality.
