Job Title: Cash and Voucher Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Cash and Voucher Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our humanitarian response, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and coordination for cash and voucher programs in project countries.

• Provide technical support in the design and implementation of cash and voucher interventions.
• Assist in identifying the most appropriate delivery modalities according to context and needs.
• Conduct feasibility, risk and opportunity analysis for cash and voucher programs.

• University degree in Social Sciences, Development, Economics or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in humanitarian contexts with focus on cash and voucher programming.
• Experience in intervention design, SOPs, market analysis and multi-sector coordination.
• Excellent writing and systematization skills.
• Languages: advanced English required; French strongly desirable.
• Knowledge of cash and voucher regulatory frameworks and international humanitarian norms.
• Availability for frequent travel (at least 50% of the time).

This position is based in Peru, Ecuador, Colombia, Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Dominican Republic.
