Tesco Stores SR, a.s. is a leading retail company seeking an experienced Systems and Tools Maintenance Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) in Payroll & People as well as Attendance systems, ensuring seamless operation and optimal system usage.

Key Responsibilities

  • SLA Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to establish and maintain SLAs, guaranteeing prompt resolution of system issues and efficient support.
  • Documentation and Training: Prepare and update application documentation, providing clear instructions and guidelines for users, while also delivering comprehensive training sessions to ensure effective system utilization.
  • User Support: Offer timely assistance to users, addressing queries and resolving system-related problems through active communication and problem-solving.
  • Process Analysis and Improvement: Analyze existing processes, identify areas for enhancement, and recommend solutions to optimize system usage and user experience.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Foster strong relationships with internal teams, including Finance, Technology, and suppliers, ensuring seamless coordination and information exchange.
