We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our HR services team in Bratislava, Slovakia. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our Finnish branches and employees with various HR-related matters, administrative tasks, and daily communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing support and guidance to employees and managers on HR-related queries, administrative tasks, and tools

  • Responding to and handling requests from employees and managers via email, phone, and meetings

  • E nsuring excellent support for key HR processes, including master data and reporting, recruitment, talent management, reward and recognition, learning and development

Requirements:

  • Motivation to learn and work in an HR environment

  • Advanced/near-native Finnish language skills for daily communication with employees in Finland

  • Decent English language skills for corporate communication

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office

  • Strong motivation to help people and provide customer-oriented service

  • Attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to improve and adapt to changing situations, team player
