Business Intelligence Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to help us reimagine building performance and serve people, places, and the planet.

  • Become a subject matter expert in Power BI and analytics, advising on data solutions and best practices.
  • Develop, design, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
  • Transform complex data sets into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Ensure data quality and integrity in all reporting solutions.
  • Conduct ad-hoc data analysis and contribute to long-term data strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to enhance reporting methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
  • Experience in Business Intelligence and data analytics roles.
  • Expert knowledge of Power BI, with an understanding of DAX and Power Query.
  • Proficient SQL skills for querying databases.
  • Experience with data modeling and ETL processes.
  • Proficiency in analytical tools such as Excel and VBA.
  • Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, etc.).
Compensation

The gross monthly salary starts from 1900 EUR per month, plus a monthly bonus that starts after your first 6 months. We offer a range of benefits, including a regularly monthly bonus, meal vouchers, a recreation allowance, and retail discounts. Our flexible benefits program allows you to customize benefits from a selection of products and services. You will also have access to onsite facilities at our office, which includes a canteen, nursery, and coffee machines located on every floor. If you are relocating to join us, you will be eligible to receive a housing allowance to help you set up your new life.
