Strategic Supply Chain Partner

We are seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to join our international team and contribute to the success of our organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely, accurate, and cost-effective deliveries from assigned suppliers to support smooth production.

As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will have the chance to develop your skills and expertise in logistics, procurement, and supply chain management.

You will work closely with colleagues in other business units to develop and implement efficient production systems that meet customer expectations.

• Delivery Management: Ensure timely, accurate, and cost-effective deliveries from assigned suppliers.
• Supplier Communication: Monitor suppliers daily and act promptly on any deviations.
• Logistics Coordination: Manage various logistics flows (Batch, P-lane, JIT, JIS).
• Inventory Management: Set stock levels and supply parameters; drive inventory improvements.
• Supplier Onboarding: Support onboarding of new suppliers.
• Claims and Compliance: Create claims for supplier non-compliance and follow up on performance.
• Business Control: Supervise Business Control (Blue Collars) as needed.

• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills, effective communication, cooperation, and strategic thinking.
• Supply Chain Experience: Experience in Supply Chain from an OEM preferred.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to evaluate a risk.
• Soft Skills: Positive mindset, self-motivated, results-oriented, flexible, and responsible person.
• International Communication: Ability to build and maintain internal and external relationships also in case of constraints.
• Language Skills: English is mandatory, the team is international, Slovak is a plus.

• Salary: Starting from 1800 EUR per month, gross.
