Job Title: Performance Marketing Manager

We are seeking an experienced performance marketing manager to join our team. As a key member of our digital marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing performance marketing strategies that drive results.

  • Campaign management: Implement strategies for international clients across multiple platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Outbrain, Quora Ads, etc.
  • Client communication: Prepare reports in PowerPoint, video & other formats for clients, to help them understand where they are at & how to best move forward in their digital marketing tactics and strategy.
  • Strategy creation: Analyze the needs of new clients and propose an actionable digital marketing strategy, best suited to their goals and needs.
About You
  • You have a minimum of 1 year expert hands-on experience in performance marketing tactics on at least one of these platforms: Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads & others.
  • You speak fluent English (minimum C1).
  • You bring project management & client communication skills to the table.
  • You are proactive and not afraid to ask questions while being able to learn quickly and independently.
