Job Description:

The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for overseeing the onboarding process of new clients and establishing long-term relationships with existing clients. This includes collaborating with clients to develop tailored advertising strategies that align with their business objectives, continuously optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI, and providing expert consultation on Google Ads best practices.

This individual will serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication regarding campaign progress, insights, and strategic recommendations. Additionally, they will work closely with sales, technical, and support teams to ensure a seamless experience for clients and provide any necessary feedback or insights to improve services.

Key responsibilities include client onboarding and relationship management, campaign strategy and optimization, consultation and troubleshooting, client communication, product and service delivery, campaign analysis and reporting, and business growth and account expansion.

Requirements:
  • In-depth experience working at digital performance agencies.
  • Experience in running campaigns on Google Ads.
  • Solid understanding of Google Analytics (experience with GTM is a plus).
  • Valid and up-to-date Google Ads certification.
  • Structured and analytical mindset.
  • Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English.
