Marketing Team Lead

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of performance marketing managers in a collaborative and high-performance work environment
- Set clear objectives, provide regular feedback, and support professional growth within the team
- Oversee all Amazon Marketing activities (Sponsored Ads, DSP, AMG) for existing and future customers
- Design, plan, steer, monitor, and optimize Sponsored Ads/AMS campaigns according to defined performance goals
- Develop and implement comprehensive campaign strategies for existing and new customers based on their respective business objectives
- Maintain a holistic view of customer Amazon accounts, monitoring Total ROAS and connecting SEO- and SEA measures
- Support other campaign managers through professional sparring, optimizing campaign management processes and quality
- Contribute to developing the consulting and service portfolio by considering new market and technology developments
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in performance marketing with a proven track record of leading a small team
- In-depth know-how and experience in Amazon Advertising (Sponsored Ads Console), ideally also DSP, AMG, and practical experience in Amazon SEO
- Experience in search engine marketing and other PPC channels/tools such as Criteo, Walmart, OTTO or eBay is beneficial
- Highly analytical with a strong technical understanding and a focus on quality and solution-oriented approaches
- Able to communicate effectively with customers and present complex contexts in a comprehensible manner
- Self-initiative and ability to prioritize tasks independently
- Very good written and verbal communication skills in English
