This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as a Billing & Order Entry Team Lead. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving positive results through managing timely orders entry and billing, identifying policy inconsistencies, and reporting KPIs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the team with a focus on quality, ensuring deadlines are met.

  • Serve as the first point of contact for colleagues across different locations.

  • Validate necessary approvals for contract value and gross margin.

  • Ensure contracts include payment terms as approved.

  • Verify the gross margin in ERP does not fall below the original contract margin.

  • Collaborate with Legal, Finance and Sales teams for error resolution.

  • Guarantee timely completion of billing activities (within the SLA).

  • Maintain high-quality billing practices (adherence to the billing checklist and accuracy).

  • Develop and update KPI and ad-hoc reports.

  • Design, develop, and interpret complex analyses to inform management decision-making.

  • Identify and communicate potential policy and/or operational enhancements to improve billing and order entry process quality.

  • Absorb, communicate, and enforce credit and payment terms policies.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Proficiency in both English and German.

  • At least 2 years of experience in leading and developing people.

  • 5 years of experience in Customer Services, Finance, or finance-related areas like order to cash, quote to cash, accounts receivable, billings, disputes, collections, or contract administration.

  • Proactive and results-oriented individual with excellent leadership and managerial skills.

  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Analytical skills to interpret data and drive improvements.

  • Ability to plan, think, and make decisions within a strategic context.

  • Strong Excel skills.

Remuneration and Benefits

You will receive a monthly bonus after six months, meal vouchers, a recreation allowance, and retail discounts. Our flexible benefits program allows you to choose from various products and services such as gym membership, medical cover, a multi-sports card, and more. If you relocate to join us, you will receive a housing allowance to support your transition.

The minimum monthly salary starts at 2400 EUR, and you will also receive a monthly bonus after six months.
