Main Job Duties

  1. Develop and maintain relationships with business stakeholders and IT colleagues to ensure effective communication and collaboration

  2. Analyze business requirements and identify opportunities for process improvement to drive organizational success

  3. Contribute to the creation of business cases by building comprehensive process and technology roadmaps

  4. Facilitate workshops and User-Acceptance Testing to ensure seamless integration of solutions

  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date solution data in the Configuration Management Database
