About our Ecommerce Management Team:

We help clients expand their business and geographic scope through guidance and implementation across digital advertising and retail. We optimize conversion on all major platforms.

The position is full-time and located in Bratislava. As a Junior Performance Marketing Manager, you'll be operationally responsible for planning, steering, monitoring, and optimizing Sponsored Ads campaigns according to defined performance goals.

  • Evaluate campaign activities and prepare actionable reports
  • Research relevant keywords for products to be advertised as the basis for your campaigns
  • Develop campaign strategies for existing and new customers based on their business goals together with experienced colleagues
Key Responsibilities

• Planning, steering, monitoring, and optimizing Sponsored Ads campaigns

• Evaluating campaign activities and preparing actionable reports

• Researching relevant keywords for products to be advertised

• Developing campaign strategies for existing and new customers

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Self-motivated person eager to learn and expand own know-how daily

• At least 1-2 years of professional experience and expertise in online and performance marketing

• Ideally first experience in the field of Amazon Marketing Services

• Very good Excel skills, including PivotTables

• Highly analytical and technical understanding, quality, and solution orientation

• Self-initiative and ability to prioritize tasks independently

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
