Restaurant Area Director Position

About You: Leadership Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our restaurant operations, local marketing initiatives, and the development of restaurant managers. As an area leader, you will be responsible for the overall performance within your assigned area, generally 5 -12 restaurants depending on various factors.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading all area restaurant operations
• Developing strategic short- and long-term marketing plans
• Ensuring restaurants consistently deliver a positive guest experience
• Managing area P&L by tracking expenses vs. annual budget
• Coaching and developing restaurant managers

Requirements:

We are looking for candidates with:

• A minimum of five years of prior restaurant experience
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and mentor restaurant managers
• Ability to achieve results through leadership and management of others
• Demonstrated expertise in hiring and staffing, training, and the ongoing management of a multi-lingual restaurant staff
• Articulate and solid communicator with effective presentation skills
• Demonstrated management of all applicable restaurant regulatory areas
