At Cross Border Talents, we are seeking a highly skilled Content Moderator fluent in Slovak and English to join our team in Thessaloniki, Greece.

About the Role

We are looking for an individual who can effectively assess digital content, score it based on specific criteria, and apply handling procedures consistently. This role requires strong language skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive content with professionalism and empathy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessing digital content, including videos, news stories, and social media profiles, for adherence to guidelines.
  • Scoring content based on age-appropriateness, violence, and other criteria.
  • Implementing content policies and maintaining client terms of use with precision and attention to detail.
  • Participating in employee assistance programs, training, and reporting to support the team's well-being and performance.
  • Handling potentially sensitive material with professionalism and empathy.
Requirements
  • Fluency in Slovak (C1) and English (C1), with excellent grammar and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in content moderation or BPO/contact centers preferred.
  • Ability to handle sensitive content with empathy and professionalism.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of political and social contexts in Slovak-speaking regions.
  • Able to pass a criminal background check.
