Master Data Administrator

  • ">

  • Establish and maintain accurate and up-to-date master data in various systems to meet the requirements of internal clients.

    ">

  • Process changes to vendor/customer accounts and ensure that all data is correct and complete.

    ">

  • Verify and update bank details for suppliers based on incoming invoices.

    ">

  • Communicate effectively with suppliers via phone or email to resolve any issues related to master data.

    ">

  • Provide control reports to internal and external auditors as required.

    ">

  • Understand and train others on processes related to master data records.

    ">

  • Perform other specific projects and tasks assigned by managers.

    ">

  • Respond to ad-hoc requests related to the scope of the Employee's position as stipulated by the supervisor.

Key Qualifications:

  • ">

  • High School diploma or equivalent.

    ">

  • Excellent communication skills in English (B2 minimum) - verbal communication.

    ">

  • Strong command of Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook.

    ">

  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

    ">

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and customer focus.

    ">

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
