Join our on-site team in Sofia, where you'll assist adult consumers of a premium international lifestyle brand by handling inquiries related to products, orders, accounts, and device troubleshooting via phone, chat, and email all while ensuring compliance with strict industry and age-verification standards.

Location: On-site in Sofia, Bulgaria
️ Languages: Slovak (C2/native) + English (B2+)
Shifts: Rotational: Mon-Sat (09:00-23:00), Sun (10:00-19:00)
Type: Full-time
