Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and control the collection activities of the AR team.
  • Prepare and communicate executive summaries to management.
  • Control the e-commerce business model, providing proactive support for process enhancement.
  • Ensure timely reporting and collaborate closely with the payment and customer care teams.
  • Manage relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Comply with Accounts Receivable and Claim operating controls.
  • Support internal and external audits every quarter.
  • Drive transformation and identify improvement opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • 3-4 years of experience in Order to Cash and/or Credit related areas.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills (especially MS Excel).
  • SAP experience is a plus.
  • Goal-oriented with strong time and task management skills.
  • Strategic thinker focused on process improvement.
  • Effective written and oral communication in English.
  • Understanding of various fulfilment processes (e.g., returns, adjustments, distribution).
  • Organized and analytical, with a minimum Bachelor's degree (Economics/Finance/Business Administration preferred).

Base gross monthly salary from 2500 EUR, depending on experience + variable part 12% of your annual earnings.
