You will join a very professional and highly motivated global Communications Community that is committed to delivering impact and driving differentiation for the Swiss Re Group.

We work together to measurably influence clients, decision makers and employees and enhance Swiss Re's reputation and role as market and opinion leader. We collaborate and bring our knowledge, skills and expertise to bear to support the Group in achieving its vision and use data and technology to measure, understand and constantly increase our performance.

About the role

You will support various Group Comms departments with a variety of tasks such as:

• Orchestrating and overseeing action plans (e.g. media monitoring duties)

• Crafting and curating event materials, such as interview briefings and speaker biographies

• Keeping event participants lists up-to-date

• Elevating our digital presence, refreshing and revitalising our SharePoint online pages

• Creating and disseminating engaging internal posts and news updates on SharePoint

• Providing reliable coverage for the student colleague during absences

About you

You have excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize requests, paired with high attention to detail, following up on sharp deadlines to meet the target. You are a pragmatic communicator and proactive problem solver with good interpersonal skills. You focus on results with a can-do attitude flexible to take up new tasks as required.


• University student, preferably Business Administration or Communications

• English proficient written and spoken

• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across various teams

• Very good comprehension of MS Office (e.g. Excel, Word, Power Point)

• Attention to detail

• Teammate with strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Flexible and open for new tasks/challenges, willing to learn

Minimum base salary for this job from 7 EUR gross/hour. Our final offer to you will be set up fairly, considering the skills and experience that you bring to the Swiss Re Group.
