Junior IT Business Analyst

What you will do

As an IT Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in connecting our business objectives with innovative IT solutions. Your responsibilities will include aligning strategic goals, identifying opportunities for process improvement, and seamlessly integrating technology to drive our organization's success.

How you will do it

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT colleagues to develop, test, and implement solutions that meet business capability needs and deliver successful outcomes in terms of scope, cost, schedule, quality, adoption, and value.

• Contribute to the creation of business cases by building comprehensive process and technology roadmaps.

• Translate business capabilities and process designs into functional requirements or user stories.

• Provide support for business risk management, compliance, and security efforts.

• Identify areas for process improvement and implement enhancements to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

• Facilitate workshops and User-Acceptance Testing to ensure seamless integration of solutions.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date solution data in the Configuration Management Database.

• Knowledge of project management and data analysis, enabling you to contribute to the successful delivery of projects and utilize data for informed decision-making.

• Basic understanding of digital platforms, SaaS (Software as a Service), Cloud, Infrastructure, or other technology concepts, providing a strong foundation for working with technology-driven solutions.

If you are relocating to Bratislava to join Johnson Controls, you will be eligible to receive a housing allowance to help you setup your new life in Slovakia.

The gross monthly salary for this position starts from 1,600 EUR per month, plus a monthly bonus that starts after your first 6 months. Please note this is a minimum salary and our compensation packages are based on your professional experience and qualifications.
