As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the growth and success of our organization. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and innovative company as a HR Manager.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting 1-on-1 meetings with team members, identifying team needs, and developing HR solutions, programs, and policies to address them. They will also provide support for processes across different offices, hubs, and locations, maintaining, preparing, and updating HR documents and spreadsheets (occasionally including translations). Additionally, they will be expected to conduct 1-on-1 meetings with team members, approximately 20-30 employees per HR.

Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience as an HR Manager or People Partner;
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid format and attend the hub in Bratislava;
  • Experience in product companies is a must;
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and procedures;
  • Experience holding 1-on-1 meetings, managing onboarding processes, and supporting teams;
  • Proficiency with Google Docs, HR CRMs, and the Jira suite;
  • Effective multitasking and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment;
  • Strong attention to detail, self-discipline, and openness to giving and receiving feedback;
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills;
  • Upper-intermediate English proficiency is a must.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Background in psychology;
  • Experience working with international teams;
  • Experience in the gambling or iGaming industries;
  • Familiarity with HiBob and Workable.
