
Training Program Specialist

The Junior Training Coordinator plays a key role in this process by planning, organizing, and coordinating internal and external training programs.
- Plan and execute training logistics, including scheduling, venue booking, and participant communications
- Collaborate with external training providers to design and deliver effective training solutions
- Manage training budgets and ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements
- Monitor the effectiveness of training programs, gathering feedback for continuous improvement
- Verify training invoices after receipt, externally conducted training, in-house training, and catalog invoices
- Yearly PO based on provider management
- Managing Workday training credits
- Ensuring data quality in Workday / error analysis
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, proficiency in MS Office, and experience in training coordination, HR operations, or learning & development.
Key skills and qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Proficiency in MS Office. HR system (e.g. Workday) knowledge would be a plus
- 1–2 years of experience in training coordination, HR operations, or learning & development — ideally within a shared services organization is of advantage
- Natural Talent in organizing Events and/or managing training programs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with customer-oriented approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented and well-organized, capable of managing multiple deadlines
- Fluent in English and German
