About the Role
We are looking for an exceptional individual to lead our Customer Experience Platforms Product Management team. As the Director, you will oversee the development of innovative products that transform customer interactions.

- Sponsor the growth and development of direct reports.
- Ensure the team adheres to Agile DevOps methodologies.
