**Job Title:** Senior Technical Expert

As a Senior Technical Expert, you will be responsible for driving organizational-wide technical initiatives and engineering transformation.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and evolve cross-cutting standards and toolchains to ensure regulatory compliance and introduce innovation that keeps our stack modern, reliable, and secure.
  • Develop and maintain organization-wide architecture patterns, coding guidelines, software security practices, and infrastructure.
  • Catalyze change by scouting, evaluating, and piloting emerging technologies; lead proof of concept and guide adoption across teams.
  • Mentor and coach engineers through knowledge sharing sessions, design reviews, and formal mentorship.

**Success Measures:** Adoption of standards and tooling across squads (architecture, code, security), translation of audit, compliance, and regulatory requirements into actionable SDLC practices, innovation and modernization of the stack through piloting and rolling out new technologies, mentoring and technical leadership resulting in team growth and positive feedback, improved quality and engineering KPIs such as reduced tech debt, higher reliability, and throughput.

**Ideal Candidate Profile:** Senior technical expert with experience in scalable systems and cloud-native development, proven leadership in driving org-wide technical initiatives and engineering transformation, change enabler and strategic influencer who drives alignment and leads adoption of new technologies, standards, and practices, innovation-driven mindset with hands-on PoC and tech evaluation experience, good command of English.
