The Opportunity

This team will provide E2E support for investigations and payment inquiries we handle. As a member of this team, you will not have direct contact with the client, but your work will have a direct impact on them and as such we are looking for responsible individuals with a client-centric approach at heart.

Responsibilities:

You will become key support for our teams - central point of contacts for large corporate companies.

You will manage various payment investigations, collaborate with teams and other stakeholders.

You will learn all the ins and outs of payment world in banking sector.
