As a seasoned professional, you will drive efficiency and transformation in cash applications by defining and implementing optimal policies, designing and optimizing processes, setting service level agreements and key performance indicators, driving continuous improvement, and leading transformation initiatives across all regions.

Main Responsibilities

You will be responsible for developing comprehensive policies to ensure efficient and compliant cash application processes globally. This involves analyzing current processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing optimized solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness worldwide.

Key Tasks
  • Policy Development: Develop and implement policies to ensure compliance and efficiency in cash application processes globally.
  • Process Optimization: Analyze current processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimized solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness worldwide.
  • SLA and KPI Management: Establish and monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction in cash applications.
  • Culture of Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture by regularly reviewing processes, gathering feedback, and implementing best practices.
  • Transformation Initiatives and IT Enhancements: Lead global projects aimed at improving OTC cash application processes and systems, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
RequirementsMandatory Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in collections or related areas.
  • Good level of English communication skills.
  • A willingness to develop and learn new skills.
  • A strong team player with a proactive attitude, flexibility, and customer-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • An understanding of basic accounting principles.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
Desirable Qualifications
  • A secondary education degree or adequate professional experience focusing on collections/customer care/sales.
  • Experience with Oracle.

The ideal candidate will have a starting salary from 2400 EUR/month gross, based on relevant experience. Our compensation package is aligned with your professional qualifications and competencies to the open position.
