Drive Efficiency and Transformation in Cash Applications

Main Responsibilities

The GPO OTC Cash Applications Manager will be responsible for defining and implementing OTC policies, designing and optimizing cash application processes, setting SLA and KPI targets, driving continuous improvement, and leading transformation initiatives across all regions.

Key Tasks
  • Define and Implement OTC Policies: Develop comprehensive policies to ensure efficient and compliant cash application processes globally.
  • Process Design and Optimization: Analyze current processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimized solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness worldwide.
  • Establish SLA and KPI Targets: Monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction in cash applications.
  • Culture of Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture by regularly reviewing processes, gathering feedback, and implementing best practices.
  • Transformation Initiatives and IT Enhancements: Lead global projects aimed at improving OTC cash application processes and systems, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
RequirementsMandatory Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of experience in Collections or related area
  • Good level of English communication
  • Will to develop and learn new skills
  • Strong team player with proactive attitude, flexibility, and customer-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Understanding of basic accounting principles
  • Excellent customer service skills
Desirable Qualifications
  • Secondary education degree or adequate professional experience focusing on Collections/Customer care/Sales
  • Experience with Oracle

Salary compensation starting from 2400 EUR/month gross based on relevant experience. Our compensation package is aligned with your professional qualifications and competencies to the open position.

This role requires a strong understanding of cash application processes and a passion for driving efficiency and transformation. As a successful candidate, you will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement optimized cash application processes, and collaborate with stakeholders to establish clear expectations and objectives.

Additionally, you will have a strong focus on customer satisfaction, ensuring that our clients receive timely and accurate cash application services.
