  • We are a global leader in premium children's products, dedicated to creating furniture and baby gear that combines functionality with exceptional style. As a Customer Service & Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers and play a key role in ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
  • You will engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide outstanding service and support. This includes identifying customer needs and directly recommending products and services to enhance their experience.
  • Your responsibilities will also include handling inquiries efficiently, resolving issues, and providing solutions in a knowledgeable manner. You will meet and exceed sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques.
  • In addition, you will maintain a thorough understanding of client products and promotions to provide accurate information to customers. You will document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system to improve service delivery and sales strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Fluent in written and spoken English, Polish & a 3rd EU Language (either Spanish, Italian, French or German).
  • Proven experience in customer service and sales, preferably in a call centre or retail environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
  • Sales-driven mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team to achieve common goals.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to changing needs.
