Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team and overseeing maintenance operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance practices and processes, as well as experience in team leadership and coordination.

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for organizing workflows, supporting your team, and creating the right conditions for top performance.

  • Responsibility for business targets and results within their responsibility area
  • Responsible for securing that teams deliver the required activities to ensure that products and services are delivered on time according to described standards
  • Continuously develop the competence of your teams through training, on-the-job coaching and 1 to 1 development
  • Undertake all relevant people planning and management including resource planning short and long term, holiday planning, sickness management and individual performance management
  • Role model the usage of standards in daily work and challenge and coach others when standards aren't applied appropriately
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A university degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical/Mechatronic, Automation, Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Several years of previous working experience in Maintenance in automotive sector
  • Very good knowledge of Maintenance practices / processes
  • Experience in team leadership and coordination
  • Skill within mechanical engineering and related software e.g., CAD etc.
  • Good communication and logical / analytical thinking
  • Conversational in English (written and spoken)
