Equipment Performance Specialist
The role involves ensuring that equipment operates at optimal levels, with a strong emphasis on safety, efficiency, and reliability. This position requires an individual who can provide technical guidance to supervisors and maintenance teams, while also being responsible for implementing and managing maintenance programs.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to supervisors and maintenance technicians to ensure the efficient operation of equipment.
  • Develop and implement maintenance programs to optimize equipment performance and reduce downtime.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in equipment performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve maintenance-related issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Several years' experience in maintenance, preferably in the automotive sector.
  • Excellent knowledge of maintenance practices and procedures.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
