Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and forward-thinking HR professional to join our team. As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for collaborating with leaders to develop and shape the workforce aligned with our strategy.

  5. Use data and metrics to inform strategic decision-making and drive continuous improvement
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new technology to bring innovative ideas to the table

  • Several years of experience in a holistic HR position, ideally in technology or IT
  • Proven track record of building effective relationships with business leaders and driving execution
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others
  • Deep understanding of HR best practices and instruments
  • Proficient knowledge of labor laws and regulations
  • Passion for technology and innovation
