We are looking for a skilled Senior payroll analyst with French expertise to join our expanding Payroll team. This role offers flexibility, allowing you to work from different locations while supporting our french-speaking market.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Refining payroll procedures in conjunction with the Operational Excellence team
  • Attending Payroll Academy and taking advantage of other training programs
  • Overseeing your own projects
  • Furnishing and verifying data from HR, HR Services, Compensation & Benefits, Stock and Global Mobility teams for payroll purposes

You will engage in detailed payroll examinations and analyses, cooperating with the HR Services team on employee queries, legislative updates and country-specific issues.

Following payroll processing, you will provide reports to local authorities and finance teams.
