As an HR Professional, you will be responsible for managing administrative personnel measures in the support area.

  • You will create employment contracts and documents related to terminations, partial retirement, compromise agreements, addendums, transfers, and measures to reduce absences.

  • Comprehensive support will be provided according to company guidelines, including advising and assisting supervisors and employees in all personnel administrative matters.

  • You will advise supervisors and employees on labor law regulations, internal company guidelines, and necessary communication with relevant bodies.

  • A trusting collaboration with employee representatives will be built and maintained.

  • HR data integrity will be ensured in the HR IT system.

  • Employee data, including position, cost center, and reporting structure, will be created and maintained in the HR information system.

  • The BEM Process (workplace integration management program) will be supported and administered.

  • General administrative tasks, such as mail processing, will also be performed.
