Job Responsibilities: HR Administration

The HR administrative specialist will be responsible for the following key duties:

  • Prepare and maintain personnel documents, such as employment contracts, termination notices, and compromise agreements.

  • Provide guidance on company policies and procedures to supervisors and employees.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, as well as internal guidelines.

  • Develop relationships with employee representatives and facilitate labor relations discussions.

  • Maintain accurate HR data in the HR IT system, in collaboration with the HR Operations team.

  • Create and update employee records, including position, cost center, and reporting structure, in the HR information system.

  • Support the workplace integration management program and perform general administrative tasks.
