Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Payroll Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the payroll compliance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely payment to employees while maintaining the highest level of customer obsession and controllership at the lowest cost.

Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating tools, assessing metrics data, and writing reports on current and identified activities and risk areas we monitor. You will work closely with the global payroll compliance team to create, implement, and maintain processes that ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws. Additionally, you will be responsible for discovering, advising, and measuring risks associated with global payroll inspections and improvement projects.

  • Develop and maintain effective monitoring systems to track Compliance risks.
  • Work closely with the Payrolls teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Manage audit activities with regulators and coordinate internal stakeholders.
  • Take ownership of global and regional level projects in the payroll compliance team.
  • Identify and manage new areas of risk and ensure full compliance.
  • Manage audits and exploratory sessions of the Operational payroll process and statutory requirements.
  • Review internal and external audit reports and provide remediation plans.
  • Work closely with the Payroll teams, providing support and guidance, and continuous training on areas of Global Payroll Compliance.

Key Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tax, Employment Legal and / or Payroll experience.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Advanced analytical skills and the ability to dive deep into details while understanding the big picture.
