Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent credit analysis skills, be able to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders, and have a strong attention to detail.

Main Responsibilities
  • Credit Investigations: Conduct thorough financial statement analyses to determine creditworthiness of new and existing clients.
  • Account Reviews: Regularly review customer accounts to ensure adequate credit lines and payment terms in line with company policies.
  • Collection Management: Identify delinquent accounts and work with customers to resolve outstanding balances in a timely manner.
  • Customer Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Provide regular reports on cash commitments and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience in accounts receivable or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in finance or accounting preferred.
