Are you seeking a role that combines finance with teamwork and innovation? Our organization is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Assistant to join our team.

This part-time or internship position will provide the successful candidate with hands-on experience in accounting functions, supporting the transition to a new enterprise system, and interacting with various stakeholders. If you are passionate about finance, enjoy working in a dynamic environment, and possess excellent communication skills, this may be the ideal opportunity for you.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Receiving, processing, and posting incoming invoices, credit notes, and debit notes into internal systems.
  • Supporting the team in transitioning to and utilizing the new ERP system.
  • Processing travel claims, travel allowances, and assisting employees with business trip records.
  • Booking employee-related costs into the designated system.
  • Creating and updating supplier and employee records in multiple systems.
  • Performing ad hoc administrative or accounting tasks assigned by direct supervisors or team leaders.

Required qualifications:

  • Excellent written and spoken English, German.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Motivation, reliability, and punctuality, with a strong willingness to learn.

Nice-to-have qualifications:

  • Student or recent graduate in Economics, Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
  • Previous experience with accounting systems like AX or Workday.
  • Any previous experience in a finance or administrative support role.
