We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Compliance Associate to join our Assurance team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient use of data and technology to drive compliance assurance activities.
About the Role- Support the technical and operational elements of assurance activities, with a primary focus on investigations.
- Accurately and timely enter data into our systems.
- Collaborate closely with the Assurance team and across Compliance to respond to information requests.
- Support Compliance reporting tasks.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of Assurance processes, workflows, and tools.
- University degree or equivalent.
- Understanding of different IT architectures, concepts, and solutions, as well as upcoming technology trends.
- Ability to recognize and raise issues regarding data integrity and security.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with MS365 applications such as SharePoint, PowerBI, and Excel.
We offer a competitive salary range of EUR 1,500 to EUR 2,200 per month (for a full-time role), based on the requirements, scope, complexity, and responsibilities of the role, as well as the applicant's own profile.
In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for additional rewards and benefits, including an attractive performance-based bonus.
